Yeah I use a MG powder and Superthrive added to the water every other watering. I can up the amount and see if it helps. I've read that just about every newb will overfeed and overwater, maybe I'm being too cautious.

Depends on how many watts they are. You should aim for as much as you can possibly get, your trying to replicate the sun. A rule of thumb I've found on here is at least 50 watts per plant. This is NOT equivalent watts. A 100 watt equivalent CFL is only like 26 watts depending on brand...
