jeremy. the answer is plain NO. you will have to run a new line from you panel watsupbud; best bet is to run a new line to a sub panel in your flower room. that is the easiest and more effiecent way to wire any room

Ok, add Hydrogenperoxide to your resivoir (about 15 mils per gallon). also, there is a root conditioner called hydrozyem that is the BOMB, it will clear up your root problem.

Look at your electric bill. If you mean how many amps you can handle, Go to the panel, it should say how much it can handle.

for a 100 amp subpanel you should run number 2 wire. your ac unit run should be done in number 10.
