ok so perhaps the solution wasnt as reliable as i thought. i ran a intake under the house from a warmer room. And the temp still sits at 60-63 in the box. ducting is insulated under the house, so im not losing heat there.. so idk where its going or how its so cold but it is. maybe ill get it...

Does anyone have any experience with Ceramic infrared emitter bulbs? Petco says they dont give off any light and the heat emitted from them is typically 95 degrees or so. So this could be a option as well. they mount up in a regular light socket...
