quick update the girls are looking amazing beffed out again more since the last pics + they have gon 10 time more deance (pics comeing tomoro) i would defentley say that the house and garden to shooter gel is the best product that there is for any feeding schedule worth the money + 50 quid more...

Thanx for getting back to me man I will be adding a new out-take before I plan to put them in as really need some kinde of filter (thow my room smells gorge) so temp and humid should be ok still was just wondering if it the cfl would cover it's own set up and runnin costs and be worth it in time...
