Some plants do this when you cut them, it just died back a bit from shock of being cut, should be completely fine tho..

I'm guessing you've looked up its preferences if you're asking that so you already know that, why ask? anyways I'd suggest that too, at the end of the day you want a high yield and a delicious tasting, smelling and smoking bud right? just because it prefers outside doesn't mean it won't grow...

luckily my white rhinos have had no problems with the weather all I've had is rain and sun and they're loving it either way, best of luck to your new crop looking forward to seeing some healthy pics!
