I unfortunately don't have any experience with the Seal A Meal and I don't know what BHO means. I tried the jar attachment with a empty mason jar and could hear the air suck back in when I removed the lid. The nice thing about the Food Saver system is that you use the mason jar lid when sealing...

I only have 2 plants because of the hood design of my light, 400watt HPS Super Sun. I did 4 plants before and they just didn't seem like they got enough light. Welcome to the thread!
