Do you have an air pump pumping air into your res in addition to the water pump? My clones had tap roots in 4-7 days. Strains were Jockhorror, Citral and PPP. My pump remains on 24/7. I am sure there are different opinions and more than one successful method for cloning.

I own the Hydrofarm Growzilla hood. You should take a look. Has both a 600Hps and a 400Mh under one hood. Two separate ballasts. Use one or both. Has worked great for me 10 years running.
