It's wet under the surface guys. It was like 95 degrees today so the top of the soil dried quickly. That's definitely not the problem.

It should at least be starting to flower now. I think you might yield close to an ounce if its given more soil. Looks good, though.

It's possible but not likely... Oh well, I think they're a fun plant to grow and experiment with despite yield or no yield. See what happens and report back! Oh, and don't be transplanting it more than you need to, it's very stressful to plants.
