I can't say for sure, since one is indoors and one is outdoors, but I'm using a 4' fluorescents with both warm and cool bulbs and a 70w hps/cfl combo. For vegetative growth, I would have to go with fluoros. The hps doesn't really seem to make a difference until the buds develop.

That makes me wonder if there is a type of bacteria that produces phosphorous as a waste product that can be cultured in water and doesn't harm the plants... + rep for for your efforts! Keep it going!

My camera's fucked, so I couldn't post any shots, but I had a plant that got attacked by a cutworm(???), and it nearly stopped growing but matured much faster than the others. It only put out 5 1/2 grams of bud. WOW! I hope they're all like this. So, so smooth. So strong. So many more to come!
