So I stick that over a 2.5x3 space or so and I won't have to worry about any light being wasted? Just put the plants underneath and maintain the appropriate distance? Just wondering if once I get that I'm good or I need anything else. And what about heat?

ANC 40-45w per sq ft. would be overkill for a 4-week, 2-week, and seed? Is that what you're saying?

We literally pay three to four times the amount for a similar product down here. You'd laugh at the prices of a 250w or 400w MH setup when compared to places like the States, Canada, UK, etc.
