awwww man they were super tall already too and the one that started flowering a little that's the one that looks bad the other one is going strong still, there's no way I can save her???

hi, I'm new here and to growing, I just transplanted my plants in bigger pots cause I had them In cups well its been 7 days ago and one looks like its dying the leaves are starting to wilt but there is a lot of good green leaves, sorry my question is how can I revive it if it is dying
