The roots are very strong, especially when they get big. Just use an empty bucket to hold the plant while you change the water. The oxygen will do the roots good. After you dump a bucket, refill it with clean water and add a little hydrogen peroxide and then scrub the inside and clean the hose...

I ordered 10 OG Kush seeds from them. Got them in less than two weeks to US. Didn't plant for a couple of months. Planted 4 weeks ago and they are growing fast. That's one in my avatar, 24" in 4 weeks.
