im a first time grower. can you please help me with yellowing and browning leaves.

im a first time grower and is in 1 month in veg. I started with flourecent lighting for two weeks. then a 400 watt hid lighting for 2 and a half. the leaves starting to look better. can send more pics, any suggestions?
