Uhm...don't worry. Looks like the typical N deficiency in flowering, especially if it starts with the lower, large leaves. It's normal! But yes, let them dry out between waterings...but I don't think it's anything to worry.

How old is the plant, is it already in flowering? Are the white leaves on the bottom and slowly moving up, or are the white leaves on the top...and bottom leaves are green? And what are you otherwise feeding your plant and how often you water? Just from the pics it looks like typical N...

Too much watering, there is even algae on the substrate. It's not so much nutrient burn, but looks more like root rot to me.

Ok I just got reply from GHE. They said that even if there are chunks or crystals, it shouldn't affect the use of it. (The only issue would be if someone is using it for hydro where the crystals might clog tubes). They also said it can happen that sometimes at the end of production it may happen...
