I'm sure that i'm watering thoroughly, but I didn't add the pearlite. I'm using miracle grow soil

So i've been growing a seed for about a month now, all of a sudden it started to wilt. The soil was still moist so i thought i might be overwatering it, but even when i cut back on the water it remains wilted. Any suggestions?
