Depends on the country you're in. If I were to buy a 260W kit from Meijiu on alibaba, I would have to pay $150 the kit + $10 PayPal comission + $55 delivery with DHL + 19% VAT + 5% import taxes + $28 DHL comission so they take care of import papers for me, total = $280 Meanwhile if I buy them...
