Well, if you cant get the temp down at all, you can supplement CO2 which will help the plants tolerate a higher temp. It really depends on your budget though. Or get some stronger fans with a higher CFM rating.

No matter how your plants got pollinated, you shoudl have around 50% females from seed. I would just plant a few of em and see what comes out. You will never know if you dont plant em.

Yes, but the less damage you do to the plant the better. Cut the buds, or the stem off wherever you like to allow more light and energy go to the lower buds. They wont get as big or as good as the main cola etc but they will gain some size. Just be cautious and use common sense.

Not entirely true. The weather gets cold here fast. Its been freezing temps with frost here for a few weeks already, so harvest time needs to be late september. Any later and they wont mature in time.
