Lol what do you mean by “special”? Too much water?

I have three seedlings that I’ve noticed white faded spots on. When I spray them with water the spots go to green again but then turn back to the faded color again in the same spots. I don’t think that it’s mold or anything like that because it’s just the color of the leaf changes. Any help...
