    bodhi seeds

I grew this as tester. I started 4 and got two phenos. One had a very nice musky sour smell. The other one has a nice berryish, chocolate, coffee smell. I ended up keeping this one as the lady really likes it. Very vigorous, good yielder, frosty. Outgrew everything else outdoors. 9-10 weeks some...

    Troubleshooting 1818 build

Also it was really hard to find information on the which way the pot. volume turned up and down, do they generally work all the same way? (did figure it out by turning the dial)

    Troubleshooting 1818 build

So of course in reviewing the fundamentals, I did not think to check the really fundamentals. The voltage stacks in series, so the driver would need to be outputting 200ishv rather than 48v.... It is really hard to type with all of these glowing spots in my eyes...anyway off to read about...

    Troubleshooting 1818 build

This is the second led I have built. Current build is 4 1818s on an HLG-185-48A. They are mounted on pin fin sinks with ideal holders connected with 18 gauge thermostat wire. AC side is wired brown to smooth, blue to ridges and green to green. DC side is red to positive on led and then negative...

    GG#4 vs. Kosher Kush

Kosher Kush. Started 2 seeds, 1 survived. I think this is frostier than the GG#4. Also very easy to grow. Pretty much just did its thing. I was dissapointed that it did not make the triangle large calyx nugs of a quality OG : ( Smells very strongly of pine, lemon, tennis balls and funk...

    GG#4 vs. Kosher Kush

These came down at the same time, first run for both. Kosher came from a seed. Thanks to everyone who shared the GG so I could give it a whirl! GG#4 Very easy to grow! Love the structure. Not faster than other clones (for me) rooting wise, but takes off quickly. Could really keep production...

    bodhi seeds

Aruba: Smells like diesel, but not as overwhelming as the OGs or Headband. Several months curing adds heather and lemon, making it smell like lemon ricola. Trichomes have very long stems and tend toward the sandy end of the spectrum. Tastes very skunky. Has a soaring stone. Uplifting party...

    Powder Mildew

Hmmmm. Rather then the plant using the silica, maybe it could be the alkalinity of the silica affecting the PH of the leaf? Next time I see PM I am going to try Silica only and see what happens. Because, science!

    Powder Mildew

If a horsetail tea works, maybe its just the silica (although aloe never seems to hurt :D) ?

    Powder Mildew

It seems to work as both in my experience. I just had a male that got it. Once I sprayed it with the neem silica aloe (two treatments), the PM did not come back, even after I kept the plant in the dark for two weeks. When I see it on a plant, I spray everything up to two or three weeks in...

    Powder Mildew

Neem oil +silica + Aloe (I use the 200x powder- just need a little bit, like a pinhead amount for a quart). I also use serenade. Water plus peroxide (1 part peroxide to three parts water) will help kill the spores, but does not really remove the problem. It can help you nurse a plant through the...

    Clone only strains

This is a Durban clone from a friend in Colorado. Smells like sweet tarts, anise, pencil shavings and bananas. Leaves a real exotic smell in the air. Tested at around 20% thc. High is not racy euphoric, but will really cheer you up if you are down and tired after work. In the morning can give...

    Chuckers paradise......

While I was disappointed that the last tiger's milk seed was male, I was at least able to use it to pollinate a few buds of my first run of GG#4. Not a total loss :-D

Twerkle aka Madd Farmer's Purple Urkle x Tripoli Wicked

I have been growing this out a seed or two at a time, looking for a good Urkle like plant, to replace the Urkle that I lost. The Urkle I grew was actually somewhat stretchy and put out golf balls with great frost and that nice purple smell and coloring. I got quite a few males to start...
