To the OP, I would study a bit more before you jump in. You’re asking about a flood and drain (Hydroponic’s) , along with Aeroponics (Spraying).

Eyeballing it, I’d say you should be ok to harvest. A Mag loop would be best to tell though.

Verta8 lighting will get me 2 pounds average dried with CO2 in a 5x5 tent, Hydro medium. This one finished 7oz dry, this one was a Auto seed.

If your area isn't Exhausting outside the room the CO2 will help a bit. Personally I run my lights at full power all the time with seed or clone. I just raise the light until the 2nd or third week. You flushed already and feeding property, I’d agree there’s a Potassium lock out. Typically the lock out will happen with too much Calcium. I would probably low the Calcium levels and see how she responds. That would my first approach if it was mine.
