I think you'll be fine, As said above, act like it didnt happen dont give an extra 3 hours light. It's more of a problem if it gained 3 hours light than it losing 3 hours light. Should be good to go.

Depends what medium your using.. Hydroponics/coco only needs a 4-5 day flush IMO, But soil will need a good 8-12 days ideally.

40-60% RH early flowering, then upto40% for last 3-4 weeks of flowering..

No where near ready, How long been flowering for? Get a 30x MAG and have a look at the trichomes, ur looking for at least 50% cloudy befor chop.

This just simply cant be true if you're getting ANY bud rot at all.. Whats you RH late in flowering? When my Dehumidifier packed up I have a bit of rot and picked it off and thye carried of fattening up nicely.

your height could be a problem, I would do a SOG (Sea of green) with about 12-16 plants from cuttings vegged for about 10-12 days then flowered.. Anymore veg time and u will run out of room.. Remember, Indica's double in size during flower and Sativas tripple in size.

I would just leave them off tbh// How far off being done are they? If your ballast will be here tomorrow then just carry on ur 12/12 from then..
