    Hi thanks for the reply, I'm using typical garden compost whic is called evergreen in the uk and have just give them a little cheap tomato feed which has a very basic nutrient content. I used no perlite in the mix as well. I'm going to try and LST as much as I can to help deal with the height...

    Thanks TBH I think the heat stress started when I had the plants in the green house with direct sun on them. Thanks for your advice and will look into the t5 at a later date.

    Thanks Hexthat, Please see the picture below of my set up, as I said earlier I went with CFL due to space limitations but the CFL I have kicks out a whole lot more power than the smaller ones. Please let me know if there is anything I should add to the set up to ease with growth. Thanks

    Thanks, I'm useing a 200 watt duel cfl which does run pretty warm. I purchased the cfl due to space limitations but think I should have went with with a 125 watt.

    It's about 6 inches above them with a good breeze going over them. I'm concerned the heat stress started when I had them in the green house and become worsening due to ph in balance and nute burn ??
