Hey, I harvested a week ago and have been line drying in a low humidity room with fan. I have to go away for two weeks now and have nobody who can take care of it. What should I do? Can i just seal it up in an air-tight container and not worry about it? Should I keep it on the line? Freeze it...

you can use a speed controller or variac to slow the fan's speed down to a reasonable RPM that isn't as loud. An example of this is the router speed controller sold at harbor freight. You probably can get by with the reduced air flow with no real issues.
