I think you need more light, the plant looks healthy but "skinny". With 70watts, if those are actual watts will give you like 4grams for the plant... I would try and get about 200watts in there, or a HID lamp if possible.

By adding few fans and getting a heat controller (a cheap one) I added a normal fan and managed to drop temps with 3 celcius Cfls dont put out alot of heat anyways comparing to hps or mh, the bulb of a hps/mh gets 300C warm... cfls about 30-35c

I have a plan already and know exactly which ones to buy. Ill make a 10clf system for top lighting which will be around 230watts putting around 13.8k lumens, and for side lighting ill have like 2 clf's and 2 18w fluoro tubes =) so ill have 312watts in my grow room putting out almost 20k lumens

Ill just buy all the crap from a local shop, cant be bothered to order from ebay.. :D thnks anyways

your plants arent going to die if they get tall, and they grow tall if you keep the lights too far away because they search for more light.

cool white, warm white, daylight there's like a million different ones. which ones work for vegging and wich ones for flowering? (there is no way that I'll be able to use a hps or mh... so that why im trying to figure which cfls to buy..) which cfls are 2700k and 6400k?

but i bet it would work better than my few crappy cfl's
