hi smiley would 1 redend spectrum lamp 2700k from hydro shop 80buks each and a couple of 27wtt cfls soft white be good for flowering and would 1 all round spectrum lamp 6400k and a couple of 27 wtt daylights be good for veg or could i use both spectrum lamps 2700k and 6400k for top of plant and a couple of 27 wtt cfls for sides for veg and flower for whole time

so now that we have the lights cleared up ,what do i have to do to the plant through veg any fertz how much water do i give ,and when it comes to flowering ,what will the plants need fert and how much water per day any tips mate what do u do

You should have at least 2 lights at the very top of the plant and the other two at the sides. What I am doing is hanging 3 lights on the tops and i have some cheap 11watt lights which i will have 2 be on the sides so when the plant grows light will be under the plant.

yeah just switch the lights when for veg and flowering

For heat wise you should have a fan blowing inside and a fan blowing outside. The temp should be between 70-80F so get a thermometer(Temp should never go below 60 not above 90). Also when you get to the flowering stage where the lights are 12hours on and 12hours off (also called 12/12) the temp will drop about 15 degree so dont worryif it gets cold they can handle it. If you can try to invest in a thermometerone which also takes the humidity because if you have the plant in teh right humidity and temp, GOOD BUDS!!. Humidity shoudl be between 40-60% alwasy below 60% or mold will form but dont go under 40%
