I'm really confused as to whether I should defoliate/prune??? what do yall think? should I just let them go? or does it look like its too bushy/I need to trim... Im under a 400 w hps btw

where are you at right now in your grow

around 85 during the day, around 70 at night I did have the light too high during a segment in veg stage. They stretched a lot at that point. im trying to use the trellis to help slow the stretching thats gonna happen in the next couple weeks.
