I had something similar to your dimensions but a little taller. I have used a 400 and 250 in it. The 400 i use in the winter and the 250 in the summer due to heat. If you can manage to keep the temps down with the 400 you will enjoy fatter nugs.

The intake fan will create higher air pressure in the cabinet. The pressure will cause air to escape from any crack or opening. Then you leak odors. If your cab is air tight, then you will not have a problem. Or you can put both fans on outtake.

YO, fellow RIU'ers. I need help selecting my next soil grow. I cant decide between Nirvana White Widow or Northern Lights. I will be vegging with 4 (2' long) T5's and then flowering with 400W HPS.
