Personally I would not. Before 12/12 I would check the ph from runoff if soil and flush. A day after flush and 12/12 I would start adding my bloom nutes per manf. instructions.

You can veg and bloom with CFLs many people do and get good results. Are the CFLs you have a true 150w or are they 150w equivalent? a 150w equivalent CFL is only like 20 or so "true" watts. In that case no you wouldn't get much if anything from 40w of CFL. *edit Gah you beat me again frm.. lol!

No depending on the amperage of the inverter but if I were to guess id say one should be good for at least 4-5 fans maybe more. The tech at radio shack should be able to tell you specifically for the model you are looking to buy. And all "case fans" are about the same.

That could work but I haven't ever seen a cell charger that puts out more than 5v, but yea good idea maybe an old cordless phone charger.. Most people who aren't tech savvy though don't keep old chargers and cables around like us geeks though. Good idea regardless frm.
