if you are concerned they are getting too much light just raise em up...but 150's dont put off alot of penetration power so you are probably fine at about 8" above the plants at this stage.

You can also try feeding it more to counteract the plant cannibalizing itself sucking the nutrients out of your leaves :)

you want air exchange in there anyway...you don't want a completely sealed up space like that growing plants...it needs fresh air...so drilling a hole in the top and putting an exhaust fan on it with a few small intake holes in the bottom would suffice, and you'd probably not have to worry about...

I use cheap appliance timers...there is no "code" regarding using low wattage lights indoors to grow weed...do what you want man...i have electric heaters that use 1500watts with thin cords on them...its not that much electricity :D

you could also do RDWC so you don't have to maintain 6 individual containers only the one that doesn't have a plant in it :D

looking at how small the pot is its probably rootbound...and lacking in flowering nutes...
