if youre gonna do that, you may as well get a plywood sheet, go to rona, buy strips of red or blue led lights, and use zipties to hold em up. use the right amount of red vs blue lights for whichever light cycle you are in. ive heard this actually works surprisingly well.

what about say using vegetable scraps and making a tea out of them? will that still require the month wait for the nutrients to breakdown?

more = better as long as you can keep heat under control. ive got about 200w of lights in a 2x2 area, with one plant scrogged to fill most of the screen

yep thats on the agenda for today. i didnt worry about it as the plant has showed zero other signs of deficiency through her whole life. im on a budget so ive been buying things as i needed them. turns out, now i need a ph meter :p

Just a quick update. My girl loved the food, shes been swellling up over the last couple days and the hairs continue to change colour. trimmed some yellow leaves that were really yellow, and a couple healthy ones that were blocking some light. some of the leaves still look a little yellow...

thanks!! im only using hardware store brand nutrients and a potting mix made of MG potting mix, sphagnum peat, and perlite, and only using CFLS to flower, but im hoping i can pull close to an oz, fingers crossed. really just did this as more of an experiment than anything, the 2 little guys...

im in the same boat as you bud. just kinda picking things up as i can afford them. one thing i can tell you is not to start flowering until you have nutrients available. once they start to flower they REALLY want their food. i made that mistake and about a week into flower ive JUST started...
