i have a 24" by 15" and have a 250 with a 4" inline fan, a 6" fan blowing directly on the light and passive intakes and its just in the right range. 2 small ass pc fans with a 400w def not gonna work plus with that much room u might have a little more penetration with a 400 but 250 should do...

well keep in mind it may double or even triple in size from where you start flowering.

well i wouldnt flower until it has alternating leaves. From a clone this can be done at any point. From a seed, it happens when it happens, usually before one foot.

I would stick with the cfl, because it produces the same amount of light, but over the area of the small bulb instead of an 18 inch bulb. Much easier to direct the light where you need it and concentrate it.

Absolutely, are you starting from seed or clone?
