Thanks @keller420 it's the Toke up to Tone up. I like to do cardio while smoked up and strength training with certain strains. It's also nice to smoke after... @StonedPony yeah I like to do that too...lol but why not "push the envelope" and put my mind into doing something, "non-pothead" like.
