I honestly think it's more efficient to use smaller lights. I think your going to yield 1 pound off the 1000w in a 5x5 in 3 months. Or 1 pound off a 400w 5x5 in 4 months. So with 2 lights you will get 2 lbs instead of one without a light mover. Less heat less bs. No moving plants around easy...
