Yeah metal halid is better for veg. I don't know what forum to subscribe to, I just drop questions I have in a relevent forum and wait for answers.

im using one 400 watt for veg and 1000 watt hps for flowering and 1 68 cfl as well throughtout the wholegrow. my topped plant is bubblelicious and the rest of the sprouts are bagseed.metal halid is better for veg right?

I'd be more than happy to help you as best as I can. Is your light set up switchable? Can you use a metal halide and your hps? Are you gonna grow autos or photoperiods?
