I just checked there res everwhere. I have a very small setup but I have mostly all variables controlled. Im useing a co2 reactor from yeast and sugar. I think thats whats causeing the resin.

Well I did some research and was lookng at other dwc systems .Some have airstones on the bottom and a internal pump with irrigation lines to each plant site. So while the air stones bubble the bottom the flood would water thr upper part of the rootzone then drain while refreshing the nutrients...
