You don't need more P in flower. It's bad for your plants and the environment

you use megacrop 1 part in bloom? Is that the one that is 9-6-17? What do you use in veg?

    bodhi seeds

I can't sign up for another 14 days as one of the requirements to level up is visiting the website on 15 different days.. kinda bummed cuz there aren't many slots left..

    bodhi seeds

So not everyone who signs up on those lists gets seeds? Is that what you mean by shark feeding frenzy? I live in a legal state so I'm not too worried about the law tripping over some seeds personally

3 days on jack's 5-12-26 and the plants are loving it! Bye bye General Hydroponics forever

Isn't JR Peters located in USA though? I do see the price for ordering Jack's direct from JR PETERS is about 50% more expensive, shipped, than it was back in February of 2007 (which is when I bought my 25 lb bag) Edit: looks like Amazon is a lot cheaper as it is free shipping. So you save about...

3 days on jack's 5-12-26 and the plants are loving it! Bye bye General Hydroponics forever

Thats exactly what I use to store my Jack's Part A and Part B. Gamma Seals. I forgot to put the lid back on one day and my part B absorbed some humidity :/

3 days on jack's 5-12-26 and the plants are loving it! Bye bye General Hydroponics forever

I left the lid of my gamma bucket off for a couple days and didn't realize. Due to the CalCinit being hydroscopic it looks like it absorbed some moisture and some clumped up. I would say at least 90-95% of the bucket is NOT clumped up though. I am able to easily break the clumps up by hand and...

3 days on jack's 5-12-26 and the plants are loving it! Bye bye General Hydroponics forever

Damn you might've hit the nail on the head. My CalCinit has clumped up because I left the lid off for a couple days and hadn't realized it. This happened maybe a year or two ago. It's so hydroscopic that it absorbed rH and clumped up. Do you think that's definitely attributing to my problem...

3 days on jack's 5-12-26 and the plants are loving it! Bye bye General Hydroponics forever

Is it common to have to use pH up after mixing Jack's??? Years ago the pH use to always sit at 5.8 after mixing. And I always wait 24 hours to check and adjust pH. Nowadays my pH drops to about 5.2 and I have to pH up.. I'm using RO water. My tap water use to come out as 550-ish PPM. After...

Can an Unhealthy Plant's Roots Cause Reservoir pH to Keep Spiking up?

Thank you so much for the tips/pointers! I had biofilm in my res the other day and was like wtf?? Now I know to immediately take action if I see it or cloudiness. And thank you to everyone for chiming in and pointing me in the right direction really appreciate you guys! Wishing you a great...

Can an Unhealthy Plant's Roots Cause Reservoir pH to Keep Spiking up?

I just separated the three plants into their own bucket reservoirs. I will try to pull the dead, darker roots out tomorrow. I think I'm also going to dilute the nutrient solution down to 400 PPM tomorrow. I don't think raising the nute strength helped with anything so I might just dial it back...

Can an Unhealthy Plant's Roots Cause Reservoir pH to Keep Spiking up?

ahhh I see what you're saying as far as finding the PPM level that stays the same. Because if PPM goes down and ph Up that means plant wants more nutes and vice versa, correct? So try to find that balance. As far as your nute solution goes you're basically doing 200 ppm of your base nute and 180...

Can an Unhealthy Plant's Roots Cause Reservoir pH to Keep Spiking up?

I started using 1ml of pool shock every couple days over the weekend. pH isn't rising anymore and water isn't cloudy at all anymore. So those are good signs so far right? You aren't possibly referring to the plants in the first four photos from four years ago when you say none of my plants have...
