i am like 3-4 days away from harvesting a few plants that have been flowering for almost 10 weeks. today i cut a small bud off for some "pre-smoke" and found little thrips. what should i do since i am literally a few days from harvest.

i asked the same question once about a 400w and i found out through experience (unfortunately) that it gets prety damn hot if u dont have a good ventilation system. you must invest in a good fan at least.

i am cloning right now so i also have a question... is misting the clones absolutely necessary? mine are in jiffy pellets in some tupperware containers covered with saran wrap (i punched a few holes on top). i also used olivia's cloning gel. no sign of roots yet but it's only been 3-4 days.

i started with seeds. got lucky and all of them turned out to be females

yea i kept one plant as a mother..in a few weeks some clones will replace those ladies in flower and hopefully the end result will be a lot better. scrog is best done with clones i'm told because the branching is a lot more dense.

the fan needs to be over 230ish cfm i believe...u def need an inline fan for a 400w in a closet grow buy a cooltube + 6" vortex fan.... that will take care of the heat issue for sure
