I just gave a haircut to a Lemon G lady (i'm in Columbus, OH)... not a big fan of her growth habit- way too branchy and lots of larfluff...it does smell great at first but after three years I can imagine why my dude's cloan sourse is tired of the limonene smell. anyone know what her genetics are?
For organic growers who understand the primacy of the microbial soil communities, chloramine disinfectants and related halogen-organic degradation products kill beneficial microbial communities. I suspect Last summer one of my tomatoes suffered slightly from chloramine toxicity and fluoride...
The state of the art would be to Combine multiple options for the completely detoxification of your tap water.
For example, for the purest possible water, like record cleaning fluid, procure a counter-top electric Distiller to evaporate+condense your tap water (up to three times- we will have...
Is there any known studies about the negative effects of tap water's fluoride upon the health of plant leaves?
I bet it causes marginal leaf tips necrosis and yellowing. Sodium salts of Fluorosilicic acid? Can't be tooo healthy...
Just another reason we are happy with our countertop distiller.
In response to the thread question, what would happen if i cut off all my leaves?
i did just that after reading keeftreez defoliation thread on ICMAG, on three ladies I experimented with total defoliation- dispersive and concentrated, a few weeks into flower and again at 4 weeks into flower. On...
It seems most inexperienced noobs, like myself,
Start their super tomato plants from subpar random runtling genetics, grown in spatially cramped and Light starved conditions, yet remain heat stressed and under-cooled,
over-fed with wallet-voiding hundredollar snake oils marketed in flashy...
Uncle Zen, i mean Uncle Benjammin, ;) ... You are damn right about me focusing on the end product. My firstime stupidity retarded my ladies growth. Ah well, experimentation is only worthless if you don't learn your lessons.
My first harem of 5 cherokee heirloom tomato ladies are looking fine...
So its quite possible to root the stem sporting a freshly cut cola?
Has anyone ever rooted a leaf? How about a stem without any foilage?
Revegging seems like a better option as was asserted by tip top toke air...
I share ddime's curiosity. Is it percentage of dry weight or CBs? I wonder if a plant composed of 27% thc by dry weight would be able to stand up, biostructurally... Theres alot of proteins, sugars, nucleics, fats, lipids, and other biomolecules required to produce those CBs.
