yes..........to kill PM give it undesireable PH, best to use, milk, bakingsoda, or peroxide IMO...

sounds like they are locked out and need water...flush them....i have PM in my grow too and the Baking soda has never hurt them...i also use a peroxide mix ever three treatments to wash the leaves off, the opposite of the spectrum on ph irritates that PM.....
