They are awesome indoors.... I give them 24/7 light until I see the flowers and then go to a 12 on 12 off
Go very light on the nutes... They don't like any till week 6.
Also I've noticed they love a 60/40 soil/coconut husk mix..... Really helps the plant to lay out a good root system.
They can...
as you can see they are getting there....
Won't get much off them as they flowered 2 weeks into veg!
Not sure if it's genetics or lack of full sunlight..... But since this was my first outdoor grow I wasn't expecting a miracle
Yeah that's what I'll probably do.....just have to wait a bit longer for my birthday blowout!
She's looking good though, strong colour, perky leaves smells like a hash bar...not skunky or cheesy or fruity....
She's only about 2 ft tall
Thanks folks
Well it's week one my summer grow is getting started.
UK grow
4 x afghan skunk auto
Levington top soil mixed with 50% coconut husk from a lizard vivarium.
The seeds are from gorrilla seeds....unknown breeder
These girls are great for their hardy nature and easy to grow....just add lukewarm...
Nute burn buddy.......sit yourself down for this......'cough'....start again mate, unfortunately they look too far gone.
You can try flushing with water but that doesn't always work.... Good luck.
Gutted...... All 3 afghan skunks are hermie from 1/3 of the plants downward..... Must be an early stress issue ( cheap unreliable soil I reckon)
Still I'm going to persevere as the top 2/3rd looks amazing
I'm using a 80 x 80 x 180 cm grow tent
2x 300w cfl, 1 horizontal above the plants (dual spectrum) and the other vertical (bright white) in the center
Extractor fan
Tesco soil
Tap water
Climate is English, South East coast
Tent in bedroom
No nutes or lst or any fucking around whatsoever.......
This is my second grow, I noticed on my first grow the plants didn't reach full potential so I've added a second vertical light.... To be fair it's working!
