Well, the key to really enhance sexual pleasure for both genders is the g-spot. While the female g-spot is easy to reach and have fun with, for men it's a bit more complicated as you need to take the back door, to reach it (the prostate).
That's a huge number. Maybe it includes lots of subsistence farmers who grow their own stuff in poorer places, but I really doubt it's more than 1% in developed countries.
