hey can you guys help me out here this my first grow indoors

any one there to help my plant is 16 days old and the leaves are turning yellow y. y. y im using 2 cfls that = 100 watts each and i havent really gave it any nutes yet.

ay i have a few questions 1st one[ i have a 16 day old plant under 2 cfls both= 100watts each why are my plants leaves turning yellow... i water it every monday[1x week] is it okay to put mg plant food spikes in the soil with dem? bcuz i havent really gave it any nutes yet.any advice would help...
