Is this your first time to use the 400watt light？ What is this fixture？How about its full name?

hey whats up i only got a few pages deep on your first 400 wattt grow. But you said MH and HPS is the way to go for the whole grow? I got a X friend that used leds and then a 600 watt hps for flower looked frosty well flushed.

I am thinking double wide tent 1000 HPS and metal halide or that going to be screaming hot?
