Why would your electric bill skyrocket? 400 watts of HID uses that same amount of electricity of 400 watts of LEDs
hey rumple sorry im new at being involved in forums. For past 1-2 years ive been reading you posts n threads. lol u have no idea how much u have helped me. i only have grown outside. im gunna grow inside now. the only reason i was goin to use a led light because i didnt want my electric bill to skyrocket. could u send me those links u spoke of the other day
Lucas 1.0 works so good for my veg cycle. I tried the new heavier lucas veg strength and it slowed my veg time down by a few days. I am sticking with his first formula.
Hey Rumple, I really enjoy reading your posts. I have a quick question for you...

You say that you use the Lucas Formula at 0-5-10 in veg, but the original Lucas formula recommends this in low light conditions like fluorescent lighting, not for vegging (http://lucasformula.com/). Did the full strength not work for you in veg or something? I only ask because I'm about to start vegging with the Lucas Formula myself...

Thanks, and keep up the good work,
    beefxer
I use the Lucas Formula 1.0 (His first one).
    G-M-B (Grow-Micro-Bloom)
    0-5-10 - For Vegetative cycle (24/0)
    0-8-16 - For Flowering cycle (12/12)

The numbers above indicate the number of milliliters (ml/cc) of Flora Grow, Flora Micro or Flora Bloom formulas that I use in one gallon (US Liquid) of nutrients.

You will notice I dont use any of the "Flora Grow” formula, do not need to, the "Flora Micro" provides plenty of Nitrogen.

    1. Top off the reservoir daily using a pH corrected water solution as required to maintain full reservoir level. After adding back an amount of water equal to the amount of your reservoir capacity you should change the reservoir and put in fresh solution.
1 question i posted on both icmag and here, idk which you might get on anymore.
on lucas site, it doesnt really state what is needed for veg, it only tells the amount used for flowering.

i want to use flora nova bloom and sorry if i sound retarded but the directions were not direct enough for me. if using flora nova bloom is that all i use? it sound like he says that but im not sure enough?
dropping the regular flora bloom and flora micro? also since it says use 8ml if using nova, im assuming thats for flowering and not veg would you happen to know the specific amount of nova to use for veg and flowering
    according to lucas formula.

i understand if you dont use nova and dont know but i figured you might know.
thats interesting ive met a pretty abusive user on both icmag and this forum as well, i find it odd they would bann or block your simple name, while letting him run ramped. its not even vulgar. anyway.

just thought id stop by to say thanks though, you literally have some of the best information ive run into on the web as well as the most detailed descriptions of what you do. thanks for the time and effort.

    i really love your methods.
The proper spelling of my name (Rumpleforeskin) is still banned or blocked. That was not the warmest of welcomes I have had.
