does any one know of a good one bottle fert. ie. no mixing. I'm tired of mixing several different ingredients.

just bought a 600 watt to replace 400 in 4x4 tent. is this enough light ? I was worried about heat with a 1000watt. I hope to get better yield & thicker buds. any thoughts?

just bought technoflora receipt for success. I water on sunday and thursday for the most part so if I follow the feed water water then my plants would be feed once in a 10-15 day period depending on stage of growth. does this sound right
