My indoor white widow has a yellow spot. 1st grow and clueless. Organic MG soil, 600 led, 18/6, ph around 6 and 5 weeks old. Any suggestions?

This is my 1st grow. It’s 2 weeks old. Use Organic Miracle Grow soil and LED 600 for lights. Seedsman White Widow.
