Depending if it's a pill, dry leaf or extract so go with the strongest extract, boil that and you'll have a great euphoria I quit pills for it!

No no dry leaf, extract I'm telling you you'll regret it! Kratom king has the best prices and extracts!

Use 3tsps boiled like tea and its the best thing ever. Only get the strongest extract you can find, no pills. They suck and you have to take like 15 to feel a 5 min buzz as opposed to the extract that lasts hours =)

Go to kratom king and order the strongest concentrate on there as far as powders, extracts not pills. Boil water add 2-3 tsp of the extract and a tspof Kava extract found at while foods. I love xanax 1-2mgs tho this is just as good if not better!
