HTGsupply.com has cheap lights ready to go, i got a 150w hps under $70+$15 shipping all included I then seperated the ballast and hood with a few small screws, a peice of metal to cover the hole, a metal elec. box, 2 wire nuts and some wire to have a remote ballast(2x2x4 box helped with heat)...

hello, I love to eat sunflower seeds. Does anyone have an idea on how i can make sunflower seeds that will get me high? Will it work to make oil and soak them in it? How long would i do this? any ideas?

i use gh 3 part at 50%...works good, no burns they are doing qite well. i use from clone to finish
