Air stones will add more heat from the air pump. The air pump generates a warm air and this just gets pumped into your res. Don't expect anything but a slight raise in temps.
Pythium usually takes hold in warmer water temperatures. Best way to prevent it is to keep your res. temps around 70F.

Holy crap they recommend going up to 1400 in veg?? Those are not organic nutrients. I actually have a lot of the stuff but I haven't tried it yet. Is that true that most plants will need up to 1400 ppm when using this nutrient line?
