I'd try and get that carbon filter high and tight to allow a little more room for the light and probably point a fan at the driver. My 6 inch inline fan is just enough to keep my 450w led in a 4x4 cool w/ passive intake in a basement.

plenty of sites selling this stuff to people with out license, unfortunately the quality from these guys seem to be hit or miss. Seen a few that looked bad enough i wouldn't try them.
